Scheduling Tips

Schedule your session for a date that falls within three to six weeks of an assignment due date.

Let us know about your preferred instruction date as early as possible, so that we can secure your spot.

Please make library instruction requests at least one week prior to your preferred session date.

Please communicate the importance of the session to students beforehand. This is particularly helpful if you are not attending the session.

If you send us a copy of your assignment instructions and/or syllabus, we can tailor the session to better meet your students’ needs.

Library instruction sessions are not held during the first or last week of classes.
